Commercial and camps

There is no fixed commercial plan. Camps, holiday parks, Airbnb retreats and mining accommodation can all be laid out from the same modules, so tell us what you need.

Start with what you need. Grow into what you want.

Every design is built from the same modules, so a home can grow without starting again. Here is Plan F, a 3 bedroom home, added one module at a time.

Inclusions

What's always included.

Indicative pricing is based on the standard inclusions list. Upgrades to products and finishes are available at design stage.

Standard inclusions list (PDF)
  • A pre-engineered skeletal steel frame with treated LVL framing, wrapped in breathable sarking.
  • A Colorbond roof, with cladding in TrimDeck, custom orb or painted fibre cement.
  • Wall insulation up to R2.5 and roof insulation up to R3.5, plus a 20mm thermal cavity.
  • Plasterboard linings, tiled wet areas, vinyl plank in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms.
  • A kitchen with oven, cooktop, rangehood and dishwasher, and a tiled shower in every bathroom and ensuite.
  • Building approval, plumbing approval, structural engineering and independent certifier inspections at our facility.
