A marketplace for Compass modules.
Life changes, and so can your home. The Exchange is where existing Compass Homes owners can list a module for resale to another owner, and where new, ready-to-go modules from our yard sometimes surface too.
You list it. You run the deal.
You set the details and the price. We give existing Compass owners a place to list a module they no longer need.
Compass Homes doesn't buy, sell, move or install anything through The Exchange. Sale terms, transport and reinstallation are arranged directly between buyer and seller.
From time to time we'll also list our own new modules sitting ready in the yard, available sooner than a standard build slot.
Listings aren't live yet, but you can register your interest.
We're setting up The Exchange now. If you're an existing owner thinking of reselling a module, or you'd like first look at new modules already sitting in the yard, tell us and we'll be in touch as soon as it's ready.
