Each one bedroom plan can sit on a block that already has a house, as a granny flat or second dwelling for family or rental income. It is built in Pittsworth and delivered ready to connect.

Council rules and size limits for second dwellings vary by area. We start with a desktop assessment of your block, so you know what fits before you commit.

What the price covers

Modules, decks and approvals.

Included: the modules and decks shown, built at our Pittsworth facility, plus building approval, plumbing approval, structural engineering and independent inspections at the facility.

Not included: foundation piers, transport and crane hire, on-site plumbing and electrical connections, fees before contract such as the desktop assessment and soil test, site preparation, driveways and landscaping. Prices are indicative and can change with the market.
