About this estimate
What do these costs cover?
Piers, the plumber and electrician connecting to mains services, the crane that lifts your modules into place, transport from our Pittsworth facility. It doesn't include the modules themselves (use the Module Builder for that price) or engineering and certification, which are confirmed in your formal quote.
What if my site has Class E (extremely reactive) soil?
The flat pier rate assumes standard soil conditions. Class E sites need engineer-designed piers, so tick the box in Step 1 and we'll follow up with a custom quote for that part instead.
Why is transport priced with a 40km minimum?
A delivery run from Pittsworth costs roughly the same to organise whether your block is 10km away or 35km away, so $10/km per module is billed from a 40km floor even if your site is closer.
Why is there no dollar figure for engineering and certification?
Those fees depend on your specific design, council and site conditions, so they're confirmed as part of your formal quote rather than estimated here.
